We were privileged to participate in the Heswall Society Annual Christmas Carol service this year, which took place outside of our Home Instead Lower Heswall Information Centre. The ‘Carols by the Tree’ takes place every Christmas, to invite the community to join together in celebrating the festive season and to help raise funds for The Alzheimer’s Society.
It was a great turnout despite the cold!! We served up hot mulled wine to help with the vocal chords!! And homemade mince pies, provided by Emma’s. There was Wine and Whisky tasting at the Edwards Premier shop and lots of sweets and cakes for the children.
It was a lovely evening and altogether we helped to raise over £325
It has certainly put us all here at Home Instead Wirral in the Christmas spirit, so altogether a lovely beginning to the festive season!!
