Office Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth running of the office environment by coordinating office activities effectively and supporting projects to ensure successful implementation.  To be responsible for overseeing and supporting the finance process.

The Role

·       Responsible for all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.

·       Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.

·       Manage correspondence by responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post.

·       Maintain effective systems ensuring that all filing and databases are kept up to date.

·       Support service delivery process including ensuring compliance, collecting activity logs and updating systems.

·       Accountable for invoicing and payroll administration including entering billing hours and expenses

·       Process invoices and follow up where appropriate with clients and suppliers.

·       Responsible for the reconciliation of bank statements and ensuring that all calculations and data entries are correct.

·       Respond to finance queries and provide assistance on finance related matters to stakeholders, third parties and clients as needed.

·       Control the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.

·       To undertake any support or administration duties as and when required by the Franchise Owner.

·       Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality and Diversity Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.

·       Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Live-in CAREGiver

Wetherby Full-time £800 - £800 per week Closing date: 01/04/2023

We are looking for people with kind compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Wetherby and North Leeds as a Live-in CAREGiver.  As a Live-in CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep clients independent in their own home.

The role of a live-in CAREGiver is both rewarding and challenging, with great support from both family and the Home Instead team.

  • As a Live-in CAREGiver, you will be required to provide the highest quality 24-hour care
  • You will be responsible for delivering your client’s personalised care plan and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the full in their own home
  • We specialize in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
  • You will manage a client’s medical condition, meals, hygiene and always ensure their safety
  • You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends, and those supporting their health and wellbeing as well as being trustworthy and compassionate
  • Minimum placement requirement is 2 weeks’ or subject to client requirements
