Resource Development Manager

This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with great energy who can engage with potential Caregivers to enable them to understand the benefits of working for a people focussed company. Experience of managing staff previously would be advantageous, however recruitment or sector experience isn't a must, we are open to people joining us from other sectors such as hospitality or retail.
