With each Franchise looking after their local recruitment needs, this UK National Office based role is pivotal in helping Owners to attract and hire the next generation of CAREGivers and office teams to increase our capacity to care and support our wonderful clients live well at home.
We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring, and creative individual. You will need to be an experienced recruitment professional, with a track record of hiring high volume roles, creating innovative recruitment solutions, and designing simple but effective end to end recruitment processes. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and an ambition to exceed client expectations. A key part of the role is partnering with the marketing team to build our employer brand to elevate and professionalise the role of CAREGiving.
