A Rewarding Career in Live-in Care

Are you an experienced, compassionate carer looking for meaningful work, great pay and reliable support?

At Home Instead, our Live-in Care Professionals provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. In return, we offer strong support, excellent training and more live-in opportunities across three local offices, Home Instead Preston & South Ribble, Home Instead Lytham, Fylde & Wyre and Home Instead South Lakes.

What is Live-in Care?

Live-in care is when a Care Professional lives in the home of a client, providing support, reassurance and companionship throughout the day. While live-in care is not the same as working 24/7, you are there when needed, following an agreed care plan and routine.

This type of care allows clients to stay in familiar surroundings while receiving consistent, personalised support, and allows Care Professionals to build meaningful relationships and deliver care the Home Instead way.

Why Choose Live-in Care with Home Instead?

We understand that live-in care is a big commitment, which is why we make sure our Care Professionals feel supported, respected and valued.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Earn up to £1,050 per week

  • Live-in placements across three offices, offering more opportunities and consistency

  • Carefully matched placements based on your skills and experience

  • Dedicated live-in support team available before, during and after placements

  • A thoughtful welcome hamper when you join us

  • A professional, well-organised approach to live-in care

You’re never left to manage alone — our team is always on hand to support you.
