Happy, Safe and Supported in Your Own Home

The team at Home Instead Senior Care, who support elderly people in Oldham and Saddleworth to live independently in their own homes, are proud to announce that they have passed their latest inspection with flying colours.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspected the high street office in Uppermill in July and then spoke to a selection of staff members and clients to ensure that the service is being run in accordance to regulations. The Inspection addressed five key questions:

  •       Is the service safe?
  •       Is the service effective?
  •       Is the service caring?
  •       Is the service responsive?
  •       Is the service well led?

And the answer was a resounding yes!

Managing Director, Mick Sheehan said “I like to think we’re running a good service but the only real proof of that is by having independent checks and by asking the people who receive our support. I’m delighted to say it’s been another excellent inspection”
