Home Instead Nottingham is a rapidly growing office of the award-winning Home Instead worldwide care company. Established in 2010 Home Instead Nottingham is now recognised as a leading care provider across the Nottingham area. In order to continue our successful growth and excellent reputation we are seeking the right candidate for a part-time pro rata Field Supervisor role, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.
The Field Supervisor role is a critical key worker position supporting both our Clients and CAREGivers. You will be responsible for managing the immediate day-to-day and long-term strategic requirements of your own group of Clients and CAREGivers and, while you will be fully supported by management and your fellow team members, you will have the autonomy to decide how to best carry out your duties. You will also be expected to cover some on call duties.
Be highly organised and efficient.
Be confident in managing their own workload.
Understand the importance of collaborative working with peers and other healthcare professional.
Learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
Have a current driving license and access to a vehicle for visiting Clients and CAREGivers in the community
