More older people than ever are being admitted to hospital but many of these visits could have been prevented by taking some simple actions. Home care company, Home Instead Senior Care, will be giving a free public talk on “Five ways to prevent hospitalisation” at the Eaton Dementia Friends AGM on Tuesday 29th January at St Andrews Church Hall, Church Lane, Eaton, NR4 6NW.
