More than just a cup of tea
Our Companionship Cafés are about creating genuine connections.
You can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, a slice of cake, a chat and, of course, a few laughs along the way. We also enjoy light-hearted quizzes and activities, giving everyone the chance to get involved and have some fun.
You don’t have to be particularly outgoing, and you don’t need to come with someone else. Many people arrive not knowing anyone and soon find themselves chatting and making new friends.
Sometimes, the simplest things can mean the most: a familiar face, a friendly conversation, and somewhere you feel comfortable.

Everyone is welcome
All our Companionship Cafés are free to attend, and there’s no booking required.
Simply choose the café that is most convenient for you and come along. You’re welcome to attend regularly or drop in whenever you can.
