Home Instead in Waltham Forest has appointed a new care manager to manage its at-home care services across the local area. The company has created 50 jobs locally over the past year and is rapidly expanding due to the high-quality services it offers to elderly people in the community.
Mary Pearson, who is 42 and lives locally in Tottenham, has had many career changes in her life but has always come back to working in care. She comments: “The caring profession is wonderful as I really enjoy building relationships with clients and facing new challenges each and every day. Mary started working for Home Instead as a caregiver and was later promoted to the role of care co-ordinator.
