“Home Instead Senior Care Maidstone is celebrating after being awarded the Kent Healthy Business Award (Workplace Wellbeing Charter). Winning this award demonstrates how well staff are treated and supported, as well as providing assurance that it is an employer of choice and a successful and happy place to work.
Paul Kirrage, Workplace Health Office for Midkent Shared Services said:
“Maidstone Borough Council is delighted to announce that Home Instead Senior Care Maidstone has achieved a prestigious accredition to the Wellbeing Charter for the work they have done around workplace wellbeing.”
Home Instead Senior Care Maidstone has achieved the highest level of “excellence” for all nine different themes of the Kent Healthy Business Award. This means they have looked into nine different themes that can affect the health and wellbeing of their workforce and by assessment have been deemed to excel in the way they deal with these issues on an ongoing basis.
Paul continued: “Home instead Senior Care Maidstone was assessed as “Excellent” in all nine themes. There are only nine businesses that have achieved this level in Kent making this a fantastic achievement and showing the quality of employment we have in the Maidstone District”
