Scheduler
- Understand and build effective and efficient schedules for our clients and CAREGivers.
- Ensure schedules are efficiently prepared, considering availability, travel time, holidays, training and other planned changes.
- Ongoing maintenance of the scheduling system with quarterly reviews.
- Be responsive to changes in the the schedules and liaise with relevant team members.
- Ensure continuity of CAREGivers is maintained for client schedules.
- Develop excellent working relationships with CAREGivers.
- Communicate with the recruitment team to advise of current and future staffing needs.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure new and existing care packages can be resourced and scheduled in a timely manner.
- Management of CAREGivers annual leave system in line with company policies.
- Reconciliation of the schedules on a daily basis to ensure financial accuracy at month end.
- Partake in the On-call rota.
Evening Home Care Assistant
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the life of older people and their families. As a CAREGiver , you'll be visiting older people in need of care in their own homes to help them with companionship, personal care and home help related services. Your job is to make sure our clients are happy and independent in their own homes as long as possible.
CAREGiver Responsibilities:
- No previous experience in the care sector needed, we just want you to have a passion for helping others
- Full UK Driving License and access to a car
- Enjoys the company of older people
- Desire to help others and make a difference
- We accept people from all ages and backgrounds
What are we looking for?
- Reliable people who are passionate about improving the quality of life for older people
- Availability to work from 4pm-10pm three weekday evenings and one weekend evening a week
- Good communication skills
