Salary £23-28K depending upon experience.  Full Time - weekdays 9am-5pm.

We are seeking an individual who will deliver excellent support to our team and has experience of scheduling c4000+ hours per month.  You will bring your skills and expertise to the business and be able to ‘hit the ground running’, enabling us to handle growing client demand and playing a vital role in helping us to further improve business performance and quality.

We are rated "Outstanding" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and in order to retain this coveted rating and continue delivering top quality care we require additional CAREGivers for our growing number of clients.

So, what are we looking for? It's all about the person, not the experience, although that would be an additional benefit, so this role would suit someone new to the profession, provided they have a caring attitude coupled with the ability to learn and be professional in their work.

The personal qualities mentioned in our Person Spec include adaptability, ability to listen and communicate clearly, use initiative and be respectful toward others, but most importantly we want people with a caring attitude who are prepared to go that extra mile when needed.

This is a domiciliary care job, so you must have the means to travel from location to location, live in the Farnborough, Fleet, Farnham or Aldershot area and obtain an enhanced DBS check.

Interestingly, people who have moved into care work have often come from a customer service or retail background as they usually have strong people skills.

In addition to initial and ongoing training we offer flexible hours of work, continuous backup and support as well as encouraging everyone to be part of our "family".

The care we provide to our clients includes personal care as well as companionship and home help duties, but every client is different, plus every visit is a minimum of one hour duration.

Carers sought - flexible hours

As the number of our clients increases so does the demand for high quality carers (we call them CAREGivers). 

Working as a CAREGiver enables you to fulfil at least two worklife goals; work at times that suit you and make a real difference to the quality of life of older people.

We match clients with CAREGivers according to several criteria, including when you are available and where the client lives, so you are never far from home, so we try to achieve a win/win situation.

However, being an "outstanding" CQC rated carer of older people and we only recruit the best people and then provide them with the right training and excellent support from our experienced team. 

You don't need experience but you do need the right attitude, that is a passion for caring for others, a wilingness to learn and drive to reach and maintain high standards. Our clients deserve the best! Previous successful applicants have not only come from a care background, but also customer service and retail roles, many have taken on this CAREGiver role later in life, or as  a second job.

We offer a competitive rate of pay of £9.30 an hour, £10.30 at weekends and £18.60 on Bank Holidays, backed up with ongoing training, which you are paid to attend and mileage allowance of 45p per mile. 

Reliability is a key requirement requested by our clients, plus you will need transport to get from location to location.
