As the number of our clients increases so does the demand for high quality carers (we call them CAREGivers).
Working as a CAREGiver enables you to fulfil at least two worklife goals; work at times that suit you and make a real difference to the quality of life of older people.
We match clients with CAREGivers according to several criteria, including when you are available and where the client lives, so you are never far from home, so we try to achieve a win/win situation.
However, being an "outstanding" CQC rated carer of older people and we only recruit the best people and then provide them with the right training and excellent support from our experienced team.
You don't need experience but you do need the right attitude, that is a passion for caring for others, a wilingness to learn and drive to reach and maintain high standards. Our clients deserve the best! Previous successful applicants have not only come from a care background, but also customer service and retail roles, many have taken on this CAREGiver role later in life, or as a second job.
We offer a competitive rate of pay of £9.30 an hour, £10.30 at weekends and £18.60 on Bank Holidays, backed up with ongoing training, which you are paid to attend and mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
Reliability is a key requirement requested by our clients, plus you will need transport to get from location to location.
