We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a Weekend on Call Supervisor to provide an effective and efficient weekend on call service to our clients, Caregivers and general public.
The role involves.
• Answering all incoming calls/texts and responding accordingly
• Reallocation/covering calls for sickness/emergencies and informing clients of changes
• Complete all relevant paperwork for handover
• To cover care in an emergency or where there is no other member of staff available
The role is part time, working three weekends a month and one evening/morning per week. The hours would be from 5pm Friday until 8am Monday and then Monday evening to Tuesday morning from 5pm to 8am. There will be a need to attend the office for handover on Friday at 4pm and Monday at 9am, all other working time will be worked remotely from home with the use of a company mobile.
This position would be well suited to a experienced Care Assistant looking for a new challenge.
Access to own car would be needed for this role.
