Job Description

We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a Weekend On Call Supervisor to provide an effective and efficient weekend on call service to our clients, Caregivers and general public.  
The role involves; 

  • Answering all incoming calls/texts and responding accordingly 
  • Reallocation/covering calls for sickness/emergencies and informing clients of changes
  • Complete all relevant paper work for handover 
  • To cover care in an emergency or where there is no other member of staff available 

The role is part time, working either every or alternate weekends, from 4pm Friday until 10am Monday.  There will be a need to attend the Newport (Shropshire) office for handover on Friday at 4pm and Monday at 9am, all other working time will be worked remotely from home.
