Community Care Worker

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in East Northants as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Evening and Weekend CAREGivers
Looking for a part time rewarding role? We are recruiting for evening and weekend CAREGivers to provide support to clients in their own homes.
Evening runs from 16:00- 22:00 and alternate weekends to match in order to provide continuity to our clients.
You would be expected to cover Wellingborough and all surrounding areas.
YOUNG ADULT COMPANION (PART TIME)
Home Instead is currently seeking a Male Support Worker in the Kettering area to join a team who provide 24hr care for a young adult client.
You will be required to provide support to help the client remain as independent as possible in their own home and out in the community.
The role will involve:
Helping with everyday activities
Assisting with life skills such as cooking and domestic duties
Providing support in the community and helping to access activities they enjoy
Ensuring they are safe within their home and the wider community
Being someone, they can rely on and a good companion
This is an exciting opportunity and includes the chance to develop and gain new skills and knowledge.
Ideal Support Worker
Flexible - Day and sleeping night availability
Required: Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Willing to operate clients vehicle.
