Meet the team

  • After 30 years working in nursing roles, Stephanie started Home Instead Chesterfield with husband Nigel in 2011. As Registered Manager Stephanie is accountable for managing the day to day running of Home Instead operations.

  • Nigel started Home Instead Chesterfield with wife Stephanie in 2011 after many years working in pharmaceutical sales and training. Part of Nigel’s role involves raising the awareness of Home Instead and the services available.

  • Fiona has been with Home Instead for over 10 years and works closely with Directors Stephanie and Nigel to keep all aspects of the business running smoothly. Fiona also works alongside our Finance Manager to manage invoicing and payroll.

  • Tom joined Home Instead over 10 years ago and his role involves managing invoicing, payroll and day to day financial administration.

  • Claire joined Home Instead in 2017 and her role includes recruiting our lovely Care Professionals, HR management, Business Development and day to day management of our care service to ensure quality standards are maintained.

  • Nicole joined Home Instead in 2019. Her role involves managing the day to day needs of our Clients and Care Professionals and she is part of the team setting up care packages for new Clients.

  • Alex joined Home Instead in 2021 and her role includes managing the day to day needs of our Clients and Care Professionals and ensuring quality standards are maintained across all business activities.
