Twiddle Muff Knitters Maureen and Aunt in full swing for client’s with Dementia

Maureen – our fairy godmother of knitting kindness, turned up on our door step weighed down with bags holding 25 twiddle muffs – they were the most amazing works of art we had every seen. The unexpected kindness one thing, the attention to detail another – the pure skill and personalisation amazing. Local lady, Maureen from Barrow-Upon-Soar, decided to turn their needles to twiddle muffs. These amazing due delivered over 25 in time for Christmas which were gratefully received by some of our clients and then another bundle for our dementia café. Our first dementia café is to take place in Old Woodhouse village Hall Friday 18th May  (call 01162 165 306 for more information)
