Home Instead's popular workshop on Alzheimer's and other dementias is scheduled to run once again in September at the Wesley Church in central Cambridge. The workshop, which is led by former Community Matron Julie Campbell, covers aspects of the disease and discusses ways in which life for those living with it and their families can be managed successfully.
The workshop, which is free for eveyone who attends, will run on Thursday 10 September, starting at 10am and running for three hours. The Wesley church is centrally located at the end of Kings Street and accessible by public transport, with Drummer Street bus station adjacent.
Family carers and others who support people living with dementia have found the workshop invaluable, with comments highlighting its practical nature.
Places on the workshop can be reserved by calling Home Instead on 01480 495834 or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
