Home Instead Aylesbury are looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly, growing team to provide both front-line management and hands-on care.

Our Team Leaders support our clients to be independent in their own homes by making sure clients receive the care and support they need. The Team Leader will make sure that the CAREGiver team is well supported by providing training, auditing care records, undertaking reviews, supervisions and spot-checks. There is some hands-on care with providing companionship, meal preparation, medication administration and personal care too.

You would need an NVQ or equivalent in Health and Social care and experience in working with a diverse range of clients needs including complex care.
