Wear Your CARE Badge with Pride

The CARE™ badge is a unifying symbol of pride in you as care champions and is aims to raising awareness of the those who work as carers in their communities. Care England, a registered charity, is the leading representative body for independent care services in England. Working on behalf of small, medium and large providers, Care England speaks with a single unified voice for both members and the whole care sector. They launched the CARE badge as a unifying symbol of pride and quality in care. We are encouraging all our CAREGivers to wear the care badge to show that we are committed to quality in care and so others recognise the importance and value of those working in care roles. Badges are available in the office for our CAREGivers to collect, wear and help us raise the profile and recognition that they do a job that really counts.

Top 20 Award

Our reviews have scored us a top award! Providing award-winning care in Yorkshire & The Humber

Home Instead Senior Care York & Ryedale has received a top award for the number of glowing reviews received by its clients. The team at Home Instead are thrilled to be placed in the Yorkshire & The Humber Top 20 home care providers which are judged purely on the reviews received. Some of the wonderful comments received from clients, their friends and family include: - I have, over the last 20 years, used a number of care agencies to look after elderly friends and family but have never come across an agency which operates across the board at such an outstandingly good level. – Karen C - Home Instead Senior Care (York & Malton) have been absolutely amazing and I can't praise them highly enough. Every member of the team has shown respect, concern and a determination to do their absolute best for my parents. As a result, mum and dad feel secure seeing the same friendly faces every week and this allowed me to feel more relaxed knowing they are being so well looked after. Thank you. – Christine B - My father was in the early stages of vascular dementia. As a family, we were keen to keep him in his home environment for as long as possible. Home Instead provided carers who not only delivered a high level of care, warmth and problem-solving initiative, they also had a great can-do attitude. The office staff and on-call facility were both professional and understanding. As a former RGN myself I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. – Sarah S The homecare.co.uk awards are based on nearly 17,000 independent reviews. They are from the most important people - our clients, their friends and family, who have wholeheartedly approved of the care services we provide. Here at Home Instead York & Ryedale we are extremely proud of our score rating of 9.8 out of 10.
