Matthew & Sam are the proud owners of Home Instead Wrexham & Flintshire East and have been running the business together for the last 8 years. <br /> Now also owners of Home Instead North Wales their mission is to provide an outstanding home care service across the region. <br />

Melanie joined Home Instead in 2018 as our Recruitment Coordinator and now heads up our Client Experience team, meeting new clients and tailoring their individual care plans, ensuring that their care journey runs smoothly right from the moment of their first enquiry.

Heather leads on Home Instead's Community Engagement, Events and Marketing- building relationships within the local community. Heather is also our Dementia Ambassador and runs our regular Singing for the Brain sessions.

Helen joined the Home Instead team in 2025 with a huge amount of experience in the Care Sector. Helen manages all of our client and care professional scheduling, ensuring that all care visits are managed effectively.

Pippa originally joined the team as a Care Professional but is now an integral part of the office team - overseeing the day to day admin of the office and is the first point of call for all care enquiries.

Woof! Burdock & Paddington are brothers and joined the team when they were both puppies. Their favourite things are walkies and treats! They both love spending time in the office, meeting and greeting all of our visitors.
