We are currently recruiting to expand our team of Care Professionals in the Buckley area of Flintshire.
Working as a Care Assistant in Buckley, you will be assisting clients in their own home. 1-2-1 care with a Care Professional allows the client to remain at home for as long as possible, somewhere where the client feels safe and comfortable and where they can continue to enjoy the special memories that they have built up over the years.
Having a Care Professional in place offers them the choice of personalised support, which gives peace of mind for family members knowing that a loved one is in safe hands.
As a Care Assistant your main role will be to provide the individual client with the care services required to keep them safe, independent and comfortable at home.
You will provide a range of daily living tasks which may include the following:
All clients’ care packages are tailored to their individual requirements – care professionals may receive additional training to suit the client’s changing circumstances. This allows for continuity of care whilst maintaining the trusted relationship between client and care professional.
