I had the pleasure of joining Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford in January 2021. I made the decision to join Home Instead after seeing first-hand through a close family member the difference they make in supporting people to remain safe and well in their own home.

I’m Louise, a proud mum of two from Warrington. I began my care career at 20 and, after exploring other roles, always returned to it. Now NVQ Level 5 qualified, I’m passionate about care. Outside work, I enjoy Manchester United, Formula 1, and creating a welcoming home.
