Meet the team

Tim opened Home Instead Truro, Falmouth & Redruth in 2009 with the aim of providing a high-quality service to support local older people in their own homes, one which he would be happy to provide to his own parents, something that would later on be put to the test!

Owner
Richard has over 45 years experience in the care sector, and joined us as our Care Manager back in 2018. He has overall responsibility for our care operations and ensuring our clients are happy with the service that they receive from Home Instead.

Sian joined us in 2023 and has over 12 years of Human Resources experience working across a variety of roles. Sian's role is to recruit and support our wonderful Care Professional team, working closely with Richard and our Team Leaders.

Jane joined us in 2020 as a Care Professional. She joined our senior team early in 2023, supporting our Team Leaders. She was promoted to a Team Leader in 2023 and a Field Supervisor in July 2025.
