I started Home Instead St Helens with my daughter in 2012. Our mission is to provide St Helens with the highest quality of care with core family values at our foundations. We are a family business that makes care personal to you.

In 2016 I joined the family business here at Home Instead St Helens. Since then, it has been my role to make sure I improve the way we deliver care, from the technology we use to the way we communicate with you.

I joined the Home Instead family in 2018 as a Care Professional. Since then, I have progressed from Care Professional to Deputy Care Manager which means I am responsible for all our Clients and Care Professionals receive and deliver the best care possible.

Home Instead St Helens have been caring for my Mum for the past 4-years, and I can honestly say I couldn’t do without them -they are angels! My mum lives with dementia, which has been getting progressively worse, but her care team of three carers have a wonderful way with her and know exactly how to communicate with her and make her laugh. I can live my life knowing that Mum is in safe hands.
