Beginning their Home Instead journey in 2013, having brought an extensive background in both business and charitable sectors, their leadership has grown over a 10 year period. Suhail Tasnim now lead 7 operational franchises throughout Scotland.

Cathleen has worked as a care professional for 10 months, before being promoted to a senior. She then progressed to client lead. Showing excellent leadership and knowledge of the care sector she has since been promoted to Service Manager.

Becky manages scheduling visits to our clients as the Support Coordinator by matching our Care Professionals and Clients to ensure continuity. She also helps with client visits and supports our Care Professionals.

Yvette has been with Home Instead for over 3 years. Yvette successfully managed the team in Ayr, before being promoted to Area Manager. Yvette has oversight of the office and works closely with Cathleen the Service Manager.

The service and support provided to date have been excellent, and the staff have all been very caring, friendly and reliable. There seems to be good supervision of the team, and the mobile app is very helpful in providing reassurance (when you do not live close by) that everything is okay.
We would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead South to anyone with elderly parents who need assistance.

Our father was Mr independent and resisted help from anyone other than family until he met his two carers from Home Instead. They made his lunch the way he liked it, listened patiently to his stories and cheerfully kept his house (and him) neat and tidy.
