CAREGiver of the Quarter for April, May and June

As always, to be considered for CAREGiver of the Quarter you must have had no sickness in the last 3 months, been with Home Instead for at least 3 months and demonstrated where you have gone above and beyond what was expected of you.

Kimberley has been with Home Instead for 2 years in September. She has been awarded CG of the Quarter for her continuous dedication to Home Instead. Although Kim has had to deal with quite a few difficulties during this time with us, she has always acted professionally and taken all criticism and feedback on board. She is always trying to self-improve and has completed the Dementia training and End of Life training and is currently working towards her NVQ 3 in Health and Social care. Kim is always willing to contribute to anything we ask for from the office. She takes the initiative and will contact district nurses and occupational therapists for her Clients if required. The feedback from her recent Clients has been excellent and she offers a high standard of specialist care. As well as all of this, she recently took on the role of On Call. This is a difficult role, and she has coped very well, covering shifts herself if she needs to. Kim has never turned us down and will often help outside of her availability.

Congratulations to Kimberley, you have won £100 worth of gift vouchers of your choice. Thank you for being a fantastic CAREGiver!
