FAQs
- What are the benefits of working for Home Instead?Discover More
Our motto is ‘To us its Personal’ and we live up to this statement every day both in the way we treat our clients and our Care Professionals. As we provide relationship-led care, we match our Care Professionals to clients based on a range of factors including; personalities, interests and hobbies. Along with this we focus on continuity for both client and Care Profesional which means we can create meaningful relationships between Care Professionals and their clients, which makes their jobs even more fulfilling.
In addition to careful client matching, all visits are a minimum of one hour long, so there is plenty of time to provide high quality care and spend time with the client. When you join the Home Instead family you have the best of both worlds – all the benefits of a small, community-based business, but backed with over 25 years of global expertise in providing exceptional home care.
