Three of the team from the Reading office of Home Instead Senior Care have been acknowleged for their outstanding contributions during the course of the year.

CAREGiver Katharine Smith and supervisor Nikki Sowinska were both inducted into the 'We Go The Extra Mile' Club.  This club is established to recognise and reward outstanding committment that goes above and beyond the call of duty in delivering the highest standards of care to their clients.

The premier award, CAREGiver of the Year for 2013 was presented to Gay Cross.  Gay was one of the first of the team recruited when the Reading office opened two years ago.  Although she has moved on to a more administrative role with the office, she is still a regular member of the CAREGiver team and sets the highest of standards in both of her roles.

Commenting on the awards, owner Phil Keohane praised the committment of the whole of his team, 'The three beneficiaries of these awards thoroughly deserve recognition for the quality of what they do and for their dedication to looking after their clients.  However, they are just the tip of the iceberg.  I am proud and delighted to have such a committed and loyal team.  They work tirelessly on behalf of their clients and are a real credit to themselves and to Home Instead Senior Care'.
