I have worked for Home Instead Preston now for nearly seven years and have always found them to be very supportive and good to work for. The work hours have been consistent and conditions good. Rates of pay have been good, increasing annually. Would absolutely recommend Home Instead at Preston. Would also say that the other Carers are lovely and supportive of each other and we work together well as a team, particularly on two person calls. We have some amazing Clients!
