Meet Diana : Our new Client Experience Manager for Home Instead Pocklington & Brough

With a background deeply rooted in the NHS, spanning across GP surgeries in Hull and East Riding, Diana brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in patient care.  Starting as a receptionist, Diana worked her way up to becoming a Health Care Assistant, where she managed patients in palliative care or end of life care.  Her journey then led her to a training and research practice, providing her with the unique opportunity to help teach medical students and become the lead for the research team participating in various research studies.  Subsequently, Diana took on the role of practice manager overseeing all aspects of a GP practice.

Diana’s decision to join Home Instead was driven by her shared commitment and core values of people care.  This resonated with her dedication and passion for caring and support for our aging population.  At the heart of her professional values lies integrity and quality, principles that guide her approach to every aspect of work.  As Client Experience Manager, Diana will be critical in ensuring our Care Professionals receive the support they need to provide outstanding quality home care.

Outside of work Diana enjoys spending quality time with family, immersing herself in a good book, and exploring new walking trials.
