Phil Kennedy & Amy Kennedy - Company Directors & RCM
Before opening the Home Instead Senior Care office in Peterborough; Phil worked in the financial sector and Amy worked in procurement.
They were attracted to the ethos of Home Instead after seeing first-hand how high quality care can make a real difference to the lives of ageing loved ones. The couple get huge satisfaction from seeing older people being able to live safely and happily in their own homes for longer, as a result of the care the organisation provides.
Phil & Amy are driven by the desire to be recognised as the number 1 care provider for older people in the area as well as providing rewarding employment opportunities in the local community; where both Phil and Amy have lived all of their lives.
Outside of work they are busy with baby Jack, they enjoy eating out and going to the gym whenever they get a chance (& have the energy!).
Tasha Fitzpatrick - Client Care Lead
Tasha is the Client Care Lead for Home Instead, and joined the team in April 2014. Tasha is responsible for answering and directing phone calls, responding to client enquiries, care planning, compliance monitoring and supporting managers and colleagues with general office duties.
Tasha previously worked in residential care and joined Home Instead because she liked the structure of Home Instead and how passionate everyone is about the care. Tasha likes that Home Instead takes into consideration the CAREGiver and the client’s compatibility and truly looks into the small details.
Tasha is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and has completed her City & Guilds Dementia Course.
Tasha enjoys spending time with family and friends and being involved in different activities such as gym classes and Yoga.
Geraldine Boyle - HR Lead & Scheduler
Geraldine has worked with Home Instead since 2014, initially as a CAREGiver and more recently supporting the office team. In February 2016 Geraldine took the plunge and joined the office team full time.
Geraldine has worked in the care sector for over 20 years in Peterborough, USA & Ireland. She has a knowledgeable but friendly, relaxed approach which has helped her fuse excellent relationships with clients and CAREGivers alike.
She was initially attracted to Home Instead as the organisation value clients and CAREGivers equally and the minimum visiting time of 1 hour allows relationships between clients and CAREGivers to flourish and nothing is ever rushed.
Outside of work, Geraldine enjoys spending time with her family & getting out into the fresh air.
Kirsty Tubby - Client Care Co-ordinator
Kirsty has worked with Home Instead since 2014. Initially Kirsty joined the team as a CAREGiver, supporting clients alongside working in a role at a local residential care home.
In May 2015 Kirsty took the plunge and joined Home Instead full time. She started in the role of Office Support Assistant which was a 50:50 split between supporting her own regular clients and working in an administrative and customer service function on the client care team, but has since been promoted to Client Care Co-ordinator. Keep up the good work Kirsty!
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys going to the gym and socilising.
Kelsey Tumber - HR Co-ordinator & Scheduler
Kelsey joined the team in April 2017 and has previously worked in retail and became attracted to Home Instead after seeing how passionate everybody is about care and the high levels of companionship they offer.
In Kelsey’s spare time she enjoys doing adrenaline filled activities such as sky diving and bungee jumping. She also takes her dog on long walks and spends time with family and friends.
Kate Lancaster - Office Support Co-ordinator
I joined Home Instead in February 2017 looking to give to others with support and companionship as a CAREGiver. Home Instead stood out to me with their high levels of care, companionship and consistency.
Recently I have joined the office team as a Office Support Coordinator. Being a CAREGiver prior I noticed how much the team enjoy supporting clients ,families and caregivers day to day. I’m really exited for my future with Home Instead!
In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Jo Razaq - Office Support Assistant
Jo initially joined Home Instead in the Summer of 2015 and has undoubtedly been a rising star ever since. We eventually lured Jo into the office in the Autumn of 2016 and brings 10 years of care sector experience to the role.
Jo was initially attracted to Home Instead by the caring & compassionate ethos and is passionate about enabling older people to remain in their own homes with the help of CAREGivers.Jo has seen first hand the positive impact being a CAREGiver can have on our clients' lives.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys running & spending time with friends and family and the odd glass of sherry!

Head towards the big Tesco superstore at Serpentine Green, Hampton. At the main roundabout continue towards Frankie and Bennies and the Harvester restaurant (Yaxley direction) and then take the first left onto Cygnet Park.
Drive past Mencap on your right and Deaf Blind on your left and then take the next left which is called Forder Way. At the T junction at the end of that road turn left and you’ll see a big sign for Swan Court with our logo on it at the top and then turn right into Swan Court. We’re in Unit 1, which is the first building on the left and you can park in the visitor parking bay on the left hand side, right outside the front door.
