Home Instead has changed mine and my father’s lives in an amazing way. I have total trust in the carers that attend to my father’s needs. They very promptly understood his needs and did so much to help. As well as all their tasks being undertaken during visits, they have time to talk to my father with interest.
They have so easily taken to his routine ensuring the calendar is read throughout the day and helping him to be ready for trips out. For me, working full time at the hospital, their attentive attitude towards their work gives me peace of mind. Communication is imperative and they do this constantly. Nothing is too much.
