Home Instead Inverclyde and North Ayrshire

This is the second time that I have experienced Home Instead’s services. They have enabled my friend to remain independent, still live at home safely, and be content. Excellent communications, no pressure or hard selling. Caring, hard working staff, good levels of cover, peace of mind. They have been there for advice for me too. I would definitely recommend using Home Instead’s services.

From our first meeting with Home Instead we knew that they were right for our family. We had previously used the services of, and had been disappointed with, another local care company. Home Instead carefully matched their carers to mum. They were professional, likeable and caring. We were informed of any changes and were given access to an app that allowed us to keep track of each visit.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead. Their customer service is exceptional and their staff are excellent.

Very happy with the companionship service Home Instead are providing, now twice a week, for my old mum – who has always been determined to stay in her own home.
The team have been very supportive of mum, in particular taking her out for her weekly shopping & out for lunches. The staff cope admirably with her idiosyncrasies & demands 🙂
The management team are attentive & responsive – adjusting & adding sessions to suit mum as she has got used to the service.
Changeover of staff has been seamless & reviews held regularly. Online access to notes help keep the family aware of how visits & trips out have gone. Thank you so much for providing this service.

I am very pleased with the care provided. My care professional was matched to my personality and needs and the lady is very kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have a great laugh. I am also pleased that I have the same carer since the beginning of the service and the time of the visits are suited to me not the company. The care is also for a minimum of 1 hours so nothing feels like a rush and we get a chance to chat and laugh together. The company is very professional and caring and the communications are outstanding.

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is not easy, and I truly admire the patience, empathy, and professionalism you brought to his daily life. Your support gave me peace of mind and comfort, knowing he was surrounded by people who genuinely care. Home Instead were also very supportive through a difficult family situation with great communication by emails and the care plan access app updating me with all necessary information related to dads needs and care. They were also supportive of his transition and move to a care home making sure it was a positive experience
