We cannot thank Home Instead enough for the incredible support they provided for our Mum/Nan. Thanks to the help and support of their dedicated team, Nan was able to stay safely in her own home, where she truly wanted to be, which brought us all immense comfort.
From day one, the carers treated her with the utmost respect, ensuring she kept her independence and her dignity through every stage of her care. The carers really took the time to get to know her; they completely understood her unique sense of humour, sharing daily laughs and brightening her spirits during visits.
Just as importantly, their communication with our family was faultless; the use of the app is fantastic, and we always felt fully informed, included, and supported, giving us peace of mind.
We are immensely grateful for how Home Instead supported us with end-of-life care; they showed nothing but compassion and also provided overnight support for our family at very short notice.
Their team brought immense comfort, professionalism, and gave us peace of mind during a very upsetting and vulnerable time.
