What Is a Waking Night Care Role?
A waking night Care Professional remains awake and available throughout the night to provide support when needed. Unlike a sleeping night role, you will not be expected to sleep during your shift. Every night is different, but your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and reassurance
