Nick Lamming
Nick has spent his entire career working in the home care sector, starting as a CAREGiver with his family’s own Home Instead franchise, whilst he was still at university.Franchise Owner

Sarah has been working with us since 2019 and brings along a wealth of knowledge from her management position at Next. She manages the needs of clients and their ongoing care. Sarah thinks that supporting the clients and care professionals is adamant to our success.Care Manager

Mandy has been with us for more than 8 years. Her role involves supporting the care team and providing recruitment support, she is often the first point of contact for inquiries. Mandy believes that caring about smaller details helps us deliver the best model of care.Care Administrator

Dean has over 16 years of experience within the care industry. He schedules visits for our clients while ensuring the highest quality of service and experience for our Care Pros. He is passionate about people maintaining their independence whilst living in their own homes.Scheduler

Chelsea has a wealth of experience in all operations within the business. She oversees systems, finance, and recruiting our care pros. Chelsea is a firm believer in the Mum test, if it’s good enough for her Mum then it's good enough for us.Finance Officer
Sara
Sara joined the office team in April 2023 having previously worked as a Care professional for Home Instead South Cheshire. Prior to joining the Home Instead team, Sara worked for many years in the hair and beauty industry, before working in a pharmacy during the pandemic.Community Engagement Officer
Linda
Linda joined Home Instead in May 2018, following a career in Brand Management within the private sector, developing and managing categories within a global, luxury, lifestyle Brands. Linda is also a qualified Angelic Reiki practitioner.Group Training Manager

The care provided to my mum was excellent throughout. From initial contact, the process was straight forward, and the appropriate level of care was decided. My mum really took to the carers, and although they were all good, she inevitably had one or two favourites who she looked forward to seeing.
