Bring some light  to their day

You will be visiting set regular clients, for at least an hour, to support them with all aspects of daily life, including personal care. It could also be preparing a warm meal, helping them to get up and ready for the day, or even taking them out for a lunch trip.

No two days are the same when it comes to care, and you’ll share plenty of joy and fun with your clients and colleagues along the way.

Support with a personal touch

We’ll provide all the training and induction learning you need and personally introduce you to each of the clients you’ll care for. You will get started with shadow visits and will be fully supported whilst you build up skills and confidence in the Care Professional role.

You’ll also receive ongoing in house training at our dedicated training room in Par Moor on washing and dressing, specialist dementia care and palliative care.

Longterm career prospects

We have various regular hours available throughout the day for committed Care Professionals. You’ll get every other weekend off, ensuring you get essential rest and relaxation time.

A role that's rewarding

Join us today and earn a starting salary of £13/hr, with paid travel and paid waiting time. You will get 45p per mile after the first 10 miles each day. Don’t worry about feeling rushed for your calls, we schedule a paid 15-minute gap (or more if needed) between each visit.

You will also receive time and a half on bank holidays, with your holiday pay calculated at 12.07% of hours worked.

To support you, we will pay for your enhanced DBS, provide a 24/7 assistance programme to provide confidential help, and provide ongoing support from our friendly office team.

Undertaking great training along the way:

We offer all of our Care Professionals the option of career path development, from Level 1 and 2 Care Professional, to Level 3 Lead Care Professional, Level 4 Coordinator and Level 5 Manager.
