Pauline says that she feels very uncomfortable when it comes to getting help with any personal care and her carer Elaine makes her feel safe, dignified and at ease. Pauline said that Elaine never fails to make her laugh!

All of the carers are so caring and compassionate not just with Dad but with Mum as well. My mum would be lost without them and Dad is very comfortable with them which is the most important thing. So a massive thanks to the all the team.

I would like it noted that I am very pleased with Angela for the excellent care that I receive from her. I am grateful for this. Although, Angela has been my carer for many years, I do not take this for granted.

Nothing is too much for them and they are also a constant support for my mum too… I have complete trust in this company with everyone from the carers to the office staff making our lives better each day. Dad has loved being cared for by your wonderful carers and will really miss them. Who would have thought he would develop such a bromance with Emmanuel and he always talks about his lovely ‘ladies’ in our daily call… I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Instead for the excellent care you provide.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the carers who helped to look after my Mum while she was at home. The quality of care she received was outstanding. We are more than happy with the service provided by Home Instead, this is predominantly due to the excellent Caregivers Pam and Margaret. We cannot praise them enough, they are equal in commitment, they provide a high standard of care and physical and emotional support to mum and we are both very grateful for that.

It is very good. It’s special care that you’re getting. I have some spare money so I spend it on myself! When you weigh it up for the services you are getting I can’t fault it. I’m never going in a home. I couldn’t stand that.
