Natasha joined Home Instead in 2020. Natasha schedules all our clients care needs to enable them to stay at home for as long as possible and assists to match them to the wonderful team of Care Pro's we have.

Amy joined the team in February 2025. As a registered Manager her role is central to creating a service that people trust, where Care Professionals feel supported and clients feel valued.

Emma plays a key role in supporting all stages of the recruitment process, from reviewing applications and organising interviews, to onboarding our new Care Professionals. She also assists the office team and helps manage our social media presence.

Judith joined the team in 2021. She prides herself on building personable, professional relationships with the clients and their families. Judith will go above and beyond to enable clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Vici joined Home Instead Ivybridge in 2021 and supports Martin dealing with the finances and in particular the monthly invoicing and payroll. Her chickens supply fresh eggs when they are behaving.
