Meet Dee one of our Directors at Home Instead IW with her husband. Inspired by her own experience supporting ageing parents, she is passionate about delivering exceptional, compassionate care that helps clients stay independent at home.

Meet Carla our Administration Manager. Carla has a background in care and support meaning she can support the community and office team to carry out their roles. If you call the office she will often be the person you speak to first. Carla is our Mental Health First Aider.

Shannon is one of our Team Leaders, supporting our clients while also guiding our care and office teams. She plays a key role in ensuring high-quality care, strong teamwork, and positive outcomes for everyone we support.

Steph is our scheduling whizz, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She comes to us with a strong background in care. This hands-on experience gives Steph a unique ability to see every angle, understand the needs of both client and staff.

Stacey is our Care Support Administrator and a key contact for clients and families. You’ll often find her in the office checking in to ensure services are working well, or out in the community supporting clients and helping us deliver care that makes a difference.

Home Instead has changed mine and my father’s lives in an amazing way. I have total trust in the carers that attend to my father’s needs. They very promptly understood his needs and did so much to help. As well as all their tasks being undertaken during visits, they have time to talk to my father with interest. They have so easily taken to his routine ensuring the calendar is read throughout the day and helping him to be ready for trips out. For me, working full time at the hospital, their attentive attitude towards their work gives me peace of mind. Communication is imperative and they do this constantly. Nothing is too much. I rave about Home Instead to everyone. They really do tick every box. Thank you.
