Home Instead Senior Care is delighted to have been revealed as England’s top homecare provider for the second year running.
The number one result comes from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, LaingBuisson who, for the last year, has been producing quarterly league tables based on data from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The table shows the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.
The latest quarterly data (July) from LaingBuisson puts Home Instead nationally, once again, in the lead position with a score of 97%.
Commenting on the result, John James of Home Instead in Fareham and Gosport, said,
“Here in Fareham and Gosport, and as reflected across the UK, we are totally focused on providing the highest quality of care.
It is really pleasing to see this recognised by the leading independent industry organisation from the analysis of CQC inspections.
This latest report further confirms that we are definitely on the path to becoming the UK’s most admired care company.
I think we are able to achieve this position because we are so focused on one group – the elderly. This means that whole approach, from initial training to the way we deliver care, is all geared to their needs.
We can only achieve these outcomes and be recognised in this way through the efforts of our entire team; the people in the office and most importantly our hardworking CAREGivers. I would like to thank them for all their support; it is very much appreciated.”
