The latest graduates of our City and Guilds Alzheimer's training programme received their certificates this month.
The training is unique to Home Instead and helps our team understand the impact of dementia but more importantly how to more effectively support clients on their journey with the condition.
One of the key components of the training is managing behaviour and providing the team with the knowledge and reflective skills to help clients without compromising their dignity, wishes and preferences.
We are on track to have delivered this training to all our team by the early part of 2018.
Many congratulations to Amber, Jane, Sharon, Chantelle and Jenny!
