We are delighted to have again been confirmed as England’s leading homecare provider for the elderly in a report from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson.
The report, Laing & Buisson’s Care Compliance Monitor, includes headline data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports and presents a digested view of providers’ performance.
The resulting league table shows the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users (clients). Home Instead Senior Care, scored 93.9 per cent.
The information specialist’s Care Compliance Monitor for homecare is updated every quarter. Laing & Buisson say that the monitor tool fills the void left when the CQC ended the star rating scheme in 2012.
Commenting on the report, John James of Home Instead Senior Care in Fareham said, “Here in Fareham and Gosport, and as reflected across the UK, we are totally focused on providing the highest quality of care. The work we do assures the safety and wellbeing of our clients and brings peace of mind to their families.”
“It is gratifying to see this recognised by a leading industry organisation from the analysis of CQC performance."
”This latest accolade further confirms that we are definitely on the path to becoming the UK’s most admired care company.”
