In June 2017 Home Instead Senior Care Fareham and Gosport took part in Smith and Henderson’s annual independent, anonymous quality satisfaction survey.
Clients had the opportunity to provide their feedback about the service they receive from us and rate us accordingly.
From the client feedback the most important areas to us revealed that 100% said their Caregiver was well matched to their needs and in our overall rating 97% of clients said that they rated the quality of the service as either “Good” or “Excellent”.
This is a score any organisation would be proud of and is better than many big high street names such as Marks and Spencer’s and John Lewis.
