The support and advice provided over the last few years from Home Instead East Northants has been invaluable as the care needs increasingly developed for both my Mum and Dad. It is very reassuring to know a carer will be there every day and will communicate with us via an online log after every visit. You know exactly what is going on throughout every day. Never let us down and always willing to change as situations develop, as they do. A number of the team developed close friendships with both my parents which was lovely to see whilst at the same time professionally delivering the care they needed. Care is not just in the job description at Home Instead it is delivered with compassion and heartfelt meaning. Thank you.

A huge thank you to you & your team for providing excellent care for my aunt. The service provided is excellent from the support offered whilst my aunt was in the hospital to making sure she had the right care in place at home for her every need. The carers are excellent and my aunt is very happy with them. Home Instead has given us peace of mind as a family and the highest level of care for my aunt. Thank you.

A big thank you to all your carers who arrived so punctually and cared so well for Client D of Burton Latimer. Barbara, Kate, Sue, Sonia, Laura, Emma, Vicki, Amanda, and Claire enabled Client D to stay in her home to the end of her life, rather than be in the hospital. They cared for her with sensitivity and it’s much appreciated by her family.
