We are excited to introduce our new Care Manager Naomi! Naomi has been working in the care sector since she was 21 years old and has been a Registered Manager for many years, both with CSCI and CQC. She has worked as a Carer, Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and a Registered Manager, covering Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Supported Living environments. Her heart, however, lies in Domiciliary Care, where she likes to not only lead a successful team, but to also take a hands-on approach in providing high-quality service to her clients. Her extensive experience and her caring and compassionate nature bring a wonderful addition to our growing team and we look forward to a long and successful journey together. You are always welcome to come by our office to meet her (and us) in person for a cup of tea and a chat!
