Our CAREGivers - the 'Heart' of our service!
Our wonderful CAREGivers are specially selected on the basis of their personalities. Kindness, empathy, reliability and a genuine interest in other people are all key attributes that we look for.
After successfully completing an initial four days' 'Learning and Development Assessment Program' with us, to ensure that they have the skills they need, they are hand-picked for each of our clients. We match them based on interests and background to ensure that quality relationships can be built.
Our CAREGivers receive ongoing specialist training, mentoring and support to ensure that they always deliver the very best care. They don’t wear uniforms – just a Home Instead ID badge – and a lovely smile!
We are looking for Kind people to join us in Erith, Belvedere, Crayford, Abbeywood, Joyden's Wood, Willmington, Dartford, Gravesend or Gravesham to look after our lovely clients in your local area.
If you would like one of our team to help you or a loved one, if you would like to find out about joining the team, please get in touch with us on 01322923750 or email email@example.com
Hi, my name is Naomi and I am delighted to have become the Care Manager for Home Instead Dartford.
I have been a Registered Care Manager for many years, both with CSCI and CQC, and have worked in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Supported Living environments. My heart lies however in Domiciliary Care.
I have been in care since I was 21years old and have worked as a Carer, Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and as Registered Manager.
I am a very compassionate and caring individual and take pride in my work. As the manager, I will ensure we all work together as a team and provide the best possible quality service to our clients.
Christina & Ram
Hello, we are Christina & Ram, the Founders and Owners of Home Instead Senior Care Dartford.
Everything we do is for the two most important people in our lives: our wonderful twin boys; double the trouble, but also double the love.
We both had personal experiences in our family and friends circle, in particular with Christina’s grandmother and an elderly friend of ours, that made us realize the importance of even having the option to stay at home as long as possible with the right care available.
Age should not mean the loss of independence and dignity. Everyone should have the opportunity to stay safely at home with genuinely caring people available to support them.
We have both been working in the hospitality industry for 20+ years before starting this company and are confident that we can transfer our customer service skills and genuinely caring natures to this new venture in order to provide the best possible care for all our clients.
Home Instead Senior Care Dartford is not just a business for us – we want to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives and help them to enjoy longer happy times in their own homes.
