Growing old can bring challenges, both for the person who’s ageing and for their family. It can be frustrating for our loved ones because they can’t do everything they used to and feel like they’re losing their independence. At the same time, it might be worrying for their family as they might not be able to be there whenever their loved ones need them.
Supporting Ageing adults to remain independent and comfortable at home surrounded by their memories and belongings
‘Home is where the heart is’
Ageing is a natural part of life that can make simple daily tasks challenging. You may require some extra support, and, at Home Instead Crowborough, we are here to help you. We believe that continuing to live at home, in the place that you know and love, is often the best place for you as you age.
We are active in local communities, sharing our knowledge and our distinctive approach to help make ageing adults’ lives better. Our CAREGivers provide one-on-one care and support to older people in the comfort of your own home. This varies from assistance with shopping trips, companionship, as well as home help, meal preparation and much, much more.
If you or your loved ones want to continue to live independently at home, we can help you. What makes Home Instead unique is that we focus on building relationships with our clients. We offer home care visits for a minimum of one or two hours per visit. This allows us to provide the support clients need to live a happy, unhurried, and high quality of life at home.

This Christmas we are running a Be a Santa to a Senior gift giving scheme aims to touch the lives of older people in your community, who may be lonely or might not receive a present this Christmas. We are asking for donations of any unwanted gifts that are new or like new for our clients who would otherwise go without this Christmas.
